- Billing details and payment information (processed securely via third-party payment gateways)

- Client records, case files, and register entries you create within our products
- Documents, certificates, and agreements you upload or generate
- Audit logs and timestamps associated with your records
Usage & Technical Data
- IP address, browser type, device information
- Pages visited, features used, and session duration
- Error logs and performance diagnostics

We use the information we collect to:

6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. Specifically:
- Account and profile data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days after termination
- Legal and client data you upload is retained as long as your account is active, and for 30 days after account closure during which you may request an export
- Usage and technical logs are retained for up to 12 months
- Billing records are retained for 7 years as required under Indian tax law
After the applicable retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymised.
7. Your Rights
Under applicable Indian data protection law, and as a matter of our own commitment to fairness, you have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements
- Portability: Request an export of your data in a machine-readable format

Getnomik's services are intended exclusively for legal professionals and are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal data, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and/or by placing a prominent notice within our products at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
